After the war halted production in Gaza, Ajdadi Collective partnered with Bayt Al-Khayt, a Jordan-based atelier known for empowering embroidery artisans from Palestine and the region. This collaboration has allowed Ajdadi to continue its mission while supporting women whose skills and heritage reflect the same values the brand was built on.

At Bayt Al-Khayt, artisans co-create with Ajdadi, helping design and stitch pieces that carry personal and cultural meaning. Many of these women are refugees or descendants of displaced families, and their embroidery is both a livelihood and an act of storytelling.

Together, Ajdadi and Bayt Al-Khayt are preserving the legacy of tatreez, turning garments into symbols of resilience and identity. Despite the destruction in Gaza, the tradition lives on—threaded now through new hands, but always with the same heart.
